Each month, I’m astounded by the numbers of Owls who opine and share their expertise in the media. Among the many other Temple alumni success stories covered on the web, on television and in print this month, Kunal Nayyar, SCT ’06, and Eric Miller, SCT ’93, made the news.
Nayyar, one of the stars of the CBS series The Big Bang Theory, advised fellow actors in longtime acting trade publication Backstage. Miller, editor and publisher of the print music magazine Magnet, discussed the magazine’s recent relaunch on Philly.com.
And the coverage doesn’t end there: Nayyar also will be featured in the spring issue of Temple Review.
The Women of Color 2nd Annual Multicultural Bazaar will be held at the Temple University Howard Gittis Student Center, 13th & Montgomery Streets this Friday, December 2nd, 2011 from 9:00am to 5pm. I will be there with my book “America Huh! I’m Going Home” gift wrapped as a great gift to give for the holiday, birthday, etc.
